Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the “Нужное рядом” mobile application can request deletion of their personal data.
The “Нужное рядом” application is operated by TR-Projects – Culture Connection VZW.
How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of personal data that you have submitted through the “Нужное рядом” application.
You can contact us in either of the following ways:
1. Telegram
Open the “Связаться с нами” (“Contact Us”) section in the “Нужное рядом” application and use the Telegram contact provided there.
Please tell us that you would like your personal data or submitted content to be deleted and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant submission.
2. Email
You can also send a deletion request by email to:

In your message, please provide enough information for us to identify the data or content you submitted.
No account is required
The “Нужное рядом” application does not require users to create an account or sign in.
You do not need an account to request deletion of your personal data.
What data can be deleted
Depending on the information you submitted through the application, a deletion request may cover:
— your name;
— business or organization name;
— phone number;
— email address;
— website;
— address or location information;
— descriptions of services;
— business card information;
— advertisements;
— event information;
— photographs and images;
— other information or content submitted through the application.
What happens after a deletion request
After receiving your request, we may contact you if additional information is necessary to identify the relevant data.
Once the request has been verified, the relevant personal data and submitted content will be deleted from our active systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
Data retention
Most personal data associated with a verified deletion request will be deleted from our active systems.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for:
— compliance with applicable laws or legal obligations;
— fraud prevention;
— security;
— dispute resolution;
— administrative or technical purposes.
Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary or as required by applicable law.
